Haru as Timmy Kyou as MOM Tama as DAD Renge-kun as VICKY (LOL perfect) AND... Fairly Odd Parents are the Hitachiin Brothers! [Who is Cosmo and who is Wanda?] IMO, Hika is Cosmo and Kao is Wanda! xD Or Hika is Wanda and Kao is Cosmo. Cos Hika is FLAMINGO PINK! &Kao is blue? (Cosmo is blue?)
