-Rain's older cousin -Does not talk much -But he expresses his feelings (mostly cold) through his actions. -Unlike his cousin Hail he does not directly attack people with his words, but will chill and torture you slowly until you snap -He really admires Sunshine for being so happy and warm all the time, but on the outside he dislikes her.
