I love manga and illustration art books!! Can't wait to get Reborn colore!! Hope will be super nice and that I won't be disappointed =) Hehe. 11 bucks. Affordable =) Its the small manga-sized kind tho. But if it was bigger I prob could not afford it hehe...I came across Nodame Illustrations on the internet..(I saved all of the scans, lol =/ OOPS) and I love art books like these! Then I remembered about the Honey & Clover artbook illegal scan collection (OOPS) That I have...I don't mind if I can get my hands on these fabulous books.. I searched for Nodame Illustrations on the net, this one prob can have a chance to find it in kino, but as for the Honey n Clover one..I doubt so =( Their drawings are so insipring =) [TBO, I think the Honey n Clover artbook better than nodame de but both rocks!!]
And my doodling starts! Rmb last time I created lots (not really) Weather-tans..haha. So far I have Rain, Monsoon, Snow, Mist, Hail, Thunder, Lightning, Sunshine and Drought...I think for now I'm not gunna create anymore. I love Rain and Snow the best =) Thunder and lightning too hehe. (WHY AM I LOVING MY OWN CHARACTERS) But ANYWAYS...after I become consistent and can actually draw nicely, then I'll scan it, colour it and post it here. For now, no. Needs loads more practice lol. Their eyes keep changing and URGH THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME..I'm trying to make some distinction in their features among the characters...I'll work hard...to...make them look different. Sighs...
[EDIT: I added Drizzle!! Whee..seems like I doodled her somewhere long ago but I forgot about her. Then I created a new Drizzle. Then they look the same!! LOL! Heng. Like that then no need tou tong n choose XD]
I think acryllic painting is kinda fun haha (for now..when I start to realise that I suck, like watercolour then I'll like it less and less) But I still think watercolour is really cool! Just that I suck at it. Hmm..I better improve my watercolour..Then I can paint like the artist of Honey and Clover =) I believe alot of the drawings were done either in marker or watercolour. Haha...so pretty. Kinda motivates me. XD
